Shipping Information

Next Level Candy ships nationwide.  

Our approximate processing time, the time to receive, prepare and ship your treats, is 1-2 days. 

We make every order fresh and due to extremely high demand our processing time may exceed 2 days.  

Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification, including the tracking number. 

Shipping rates are based on the buyer's total order weight and location. These rates are subject to change without notice.   

If your order gets returned to us for any reason,  You will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to re-ship your order.  

We will send an invoice to the provided email for the exact price. Unfortunately will can not refund your order if your package  gets sent back.

We will ship your order to the address that was provided with the order. We are not held accountable if you mistype something or forget to put the full address in. Please check your order confirmation to ensure the address is correct. If it is not, please let us know as soon as possible before the order is shipped out. Once the order is shipped, no changes can be made.

Processing and shipping time are two different things.  What you chose upon checkout is the shipping timeframe, this is after the processing time needed to receive, make and prepare your package.   

We do all our own freeze drying, and take the utmost care when packaging it; however, we cannot guarantee this product against breakage, especially during shipping. 

We are not liable for damages that may occur once the package leaves our store. We appreciate your understanding. Thank You.
