Next Level Candy Co. does NOT accept returns on any edible products due to safety concerns. 

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund/exchange. 

All refund requests must be approved by our Customer Service team. Refunds exclude shipping costs. 

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

PLEASE NOTE: Melted Chocolate does not count as damaged item. As warmer weather comes chocolate may melt. When your box arrives let it cool down. If you don't want your chocolate melting, we suggest purchasing items that are not heat sensitive during hotter months.
